blog evaluation - help?
We're at the end of the semester with no more blog assignments pretty much. When we get back from Thanksgiving break, I want to give an evaluation sheet on blogs to everyone. I'm working on an academic paper that looks at how the use of blogs in the classroom helps student writing/thinking, but I'm also focusing on how blogging has affected my own teaching and writing. I'm constructing the evaluation now, and I'd love some help. I want the evaluation to be narrative...so I'm looking to solicit some writing from each of you about your experience with blogs this semester. Are there any questions you think I should ask? Any information I should try to get? Any ideas at all?Your insights and creative thinking would be hugely appreciated.

hey dr shattuck..
personally, i really do like the whole idea of this blog thing..especially for me next semester it will be very ideal(not to be selfish or nothing) but i am on the tennis team and will be taking your class for 204. This blog work will make it easier for me to keep up with work when i am away for matches and it will keep me from coming to your office all the time to try and catch up. In this way, i will have my computer with me and will not have to stop doing my assignments!
This semester's class has been great, despite being at 1pm :(
The teaching method with the rubric, i didnt like too much but the blogs are on point!!! two thumbs right up!!! So PLEEEEEASE dont stop using this method..please?
By the way, i hope you weren't offended by my thoughts on poetry the other week..i really just dont enjoy it(which is why you will love reading my final exam...lol.. but i tried to appreciate it. so all in all, it's been great and see you next semester.
